The telescope was opened at 02:45 MST.  Opening was delayed by wind
and dust.  The dust subsided around midnight, but the wind did not.
The observers were Ted Wyder for UW06 and Bob Nichols for UC06.  Ted
was dusted out, as was the UW04 GRB observation.  Bob got a bit of
time at the end of the night.

Primary, secondary, and tertiary mirrors in place and collimated.
Primary support system operational.  Mirror ventilation system in
