Opening was delayed by clouds, wind and humidity. We had another day of fog, snow and some graupel until late in the day. I checked the enclosure roof after the weather ended and there was no snow on top of the enclosure, just some patches of ice. The wind had blown all the snow off. I closed at 00:30 MST, due to high winds. I was a bit conservative with the wind limit, due to the blowing snow on the ground. The observers were Zlatan Tsvetlanov for DD01, and Tsevi Matzeh for UC13. Zlatan's program was clouded out.
