The telescope was not opened tonight, due to inclement weather.  The
observers were Bernadette Rodgers for UW03, Asantha Cooray and Gordon
Richards for UC07, and Brooke Skelton and Gene Magnier for UW08.
An impending storm kept me from opening the enclosure early in the
evening.  The storm has arrived and has brought a little rain, sleet
and graupel.  It has just started to snow here.

Primary, secondary, and tertiary mirrors in place and collimated.
Primary support system operational.  Mirror ventilation system in
