The observing specialists for the first half of the night were Dan Long and Tia Hoyes. The observers were Rosie Wyse for JH01, Gordon Richards for UC11, and myself for PU01. Rosie had a little time on the sky before the clouds came in, but was clouded out for the remainder. The other programs were completely clouded out. Gordon used his time to take DIS gain and linearity data (needed for his science data reduction). He and I also tested version 2.38a1 of Remark, which has a fix to an earlier problem with DIS grating setting control. Dan encountered a Reamrk failure early in the evening, but I wasn't able to reproduce it later. I'll go over that with him in the afternoon.
