The telescope was opened at 23:50 for a series of tests on altitude remaps, followed by a pointing model. The purpose of the test was to demonstrate that using an average of several maps is better than using the results of a single remap. In fact, one of the altitude remaps I ran had a few wonky magnesensor measurements, one of which was over 3 sigma from the mean. I wouldn't have noticed it if I had run a single remap. I ran a pointing model using an average altitude map. The seeing was so awful it was difficult to determine best focus. I did get a 130 point model, with 4.6 arcsec rms fit to the data. A blind pointing test gave an average error of 8.6 arcsec. The average pointing error was 6.2 arcsec at 45 degrees and 11.0 arcsec at 78 degrees.
