1st half observing specialist: Camron Hastings

The telescope was closed most of the night due to humidity, which
hovered right around the cutoff value.  We opened at 03:30 MST with
the humidity just below that.  Our second focus frame showed evidence
of the primary mirror support system oscillating.  Voltages logged
from the pin outs of the PMSS showed one sector oscillating.  I tuned
this with only temporary results.  More tuning is needed today.  I
closed due to humidity at 04:30 MST.

Primary, secondary, and tertiary mirrors in place and collimated.
Primary support system operational.  Mirror ventilation system in
place.  Telescope drives operational.  Current Remark version: 2.42a.
