Adler cancelled their time due to being short staffed at their end. The site computers were shut down late in the afternoon for security reasons. Thanks to Craig's heroic efforts we had just enough systems up to observe from onsite by 21:45. The site's internet connection to the outside world was shut down for the night, so the off site observer, Julianne Dalcanton wasn't able to observe remotely. We offered to provide service observing. She faxed and phoned us detailed instructions for her program and made herself available to answer questions. 2nd half observing specialist: Camron Hastings I took over at 00:00MDT with clear, dry skies and dead internet. Julie Dalcanton's program (UW03) went well. I had detailed info on the procedure and objects, and the telescope performed without a problem for the entire night. GRIM obtained 1400 images this evening! The pointing was very good, and the conditions were photometric throughout.
