We had high winds from the SW all day. This put some dust into the air. The dust counter on the tower was reading about half what the dust counter in the enclosure was reading. 2nd half observing specialist: Camron Hastings I took over in time to switch to the TNO project. Seeing was again bad, 1.2-1.8". It seemed that the guider was also causing very odd corrections. Very large, and they seemed to introduce more error, so we quit using it. During the early night, when DIS was still on, I noticed that even with the guider the object required more corrections than normal to keep it on the slit. The weather remained photometric all night and all equipment otherwise functioned normally. I also switched the format of the observing time around to match the account sheets we have to fill out in addition every night. This makes it easier at a glance to transcribe numbers and not misplace them in the wrong column.
