It was closed at 01:10 MST, due to humidity, and reopened at 02:55 MST. The observers were Jeff Secker for WS02 and myself for PU01. The weather was quite cloudy much of the evening, then humid after the sky cleared. OBSERVER COMMENTS Jeff (WS02) - (1/29) "SPIcam worked well as usual. One note concerns an unusual message which appeared immediately after the initialization, before the spicam: prompt. It said: cat: cannot open .motd Waited for heavy cloud cover to clear. Opened around 10:15pm and focused. Seeing of about 1.1 arcsec in R. However, heavy and variable cloud cover prevented me from obtaining any useful images. Closed up shop 20 minutes early." Jeff (WS02) - (1/30) "The enclosure was closed for about four hours due to heavy cloud cover and later due to humidity, and the seeing was not very good. In addition, I had unrelenting network problems. However, SPIcam and the guider both worked flawlessly, and I was able to get a useful set of images."
