The observers were myself for PU01, Rhodri Evans for UC09, and Connie Rockosi for UC01. There were some clouds during the first few hours of the night, but the rest of the night was clear. Rhodri's run lost a little time due to a couple communication hangups between the GRIM2 ICC and the MC. These were minor. Connie used SPIcam in driftscan mode. She notes that to driftscan, the sign of the telescope velocity must be opposite the sign of the SPIcam driftscan velocity. For example, to driftscan from south to north requires a -y telescope offset velocity and a +y spicam driftscan velocity. OBSERVER COMMENTS Me (PU01): "I observed three gravitational lens targets. No problems other than the bright moonlight and cirrus. Rhodri (UC09): comments in tomorrow's log Connie: "wonderful weather. slow network at beginning of my time. good telescope tracking, good focus stability for several hours toward morning. seeing between 0.9 arcsec and 1.1 the whole time."
