The dome was not opened tonight due to overcast skies, rain, wind.  There
was an opportunity to open at 1:00am, but a storm SW was threatening and
did eventually track over the site.
DIS emptied it's transfer dewar againg today, resulting in warm detectors.
Both detectors were pumped down, cooled to operational temperatures, and
returned to service.

Primary, secondary, and tertiary mirrors in place and collimated.
Primary support system operational.  Mirror ventilation system in
place.  Telescope drives operational.  Current Remark version: 2.36.
