Rupali Chandar checked in for her run, but was not able to observe due to the weather. Alan Diercks took the time from NM07, but we were not able to begin due to the fog and high humidity until 3:30. At this time I encountered a problem with the eyelid (please see trouble report), and Alan chose to open only the top half of the mirror covers. He stated that the seeing was very poor and he was chasing focus for the entire time he was observing.
