Poor weather conditions and equipment failures effected observations. Gordon Richards continued with DIS for his QSO survey. High, clouds dominated. At 23:45, it became obvious that more than just cirrus was making our observations difficult. DIS's transfer dewar had no pressure and fills had not taken place since about 18:30, shortly after opening. Since the dewars were pretty warm, both were put on vacuum, pumped to the 10-7torr, and cooled. With this failure, and the clouds, only a handful of objects were successfully observed. Dave Reiss's time was also lost. At 04:00am, seeing and pointing had significantly degraded. Found was that the air compressor breaker had tripped and building air pressure was almost to zero. No observations were made for Dave.
