The dome was opened to clear skies, but a strong low to the North East
soon moved cloud cover over the mountian.  The Lens Monitoring program
and a small bit of Alan Diercks time was lost due to overcast conditions.
We were were finally able to open, with excellent seeing.  The dome was
again closed at 02:10 due to high humidity, but reopened at 04:45.
The seeing degraded at about 23:30 and remained 1-1.4 arc-sec for the
most of the evening.  Seeing was again, sub arc-sec at the end of the
evening, last hour.
Both Alan and Austin were able to make effective use of their time, though
Austin notes that the primary target for his observations was early in the
evening, when we were closed due to overcast conditions.
