Rain, sleet, snow, and high winds dominated this afternoon, but with only
a slight amount of accumulation.  I ran the snow program from 14:45 until
shortly before opening.
The skies were resonably clear by 18:15, but high humidity delayed
opening.  No useful time was available for the Lens Monitoring project.
Jeff Secker was on for the rest of the evening but no useful data was
obtained either.  The night was a drill of opening with clear skies and
allowable dewpoint depression, but soon closing due to humidity and/or
cloud formation.  Nothing more that focus sweeps were obtained.  At 03:40,
no change was seen in the weather, and after many frustrating attempts to
remain open, the decision was made to give up on the night.  The weather
won.
