The telescope was not opened this evening due to weather.  Overcast skies, snow
fog, high humidity, high dust counts and the fact that there is snow and ice
covering the enclosure prevented the opening this evening.
I could not observe for Lens Monitoring, nor could Rhodri Evans observe for
UC03.
Alberto Noriega-Crespo was shut out by the weather also.
