I attempted to open at 23:55 when I saw a clearing trend, but the humidity increased suddenly, and I closed at 00:10. Austin Tomaney was shut out by the weather. Chris Stubbs donated his time to UW12 and UC05. (but we were closed) Connie Rockosi was the observer for UC05. The seeing was very poor. The sky seemed clear, and the humidity seemed to stabalize, and even with my checking the sky every fifteen minutes or so,(and also checking the radar and satellite pictures), it rained lightly. Looked like a sprinkle on the mirror surface when I closed up. This shows the necessity of the cloud cam. WE NEED THE CLOUD CAM! Remark had no problems this evening, and there were no signs of trailing.
