The seeing was generally poor, 1.5 arc-sec on the whole. The Adler group was successful in observing Pluto at elevations of less than 10degs. Tracking was poor, but not unexpected for such elevations. Gordon Richards continued his survey for QSO's. The night was very successful, over fifteen targets observed. Gordon did note a distinct shift in the blue calibration arcs of about 4pixels from the afternoon cals to the evenings. No shift was seen in the red. Gordon will be observing for the next several nights so, we hope to be able to characterize this for a more formal report. The bottom line, the arcs taken during the night seemed sufficient to properly calibrate the data with the afternoon arcs being to only flawed set. Also, Gordon lost 15% of his time due to high winds, dome closed.
