Michael Strauss and Xiaohui Fan began taking flats during twilight.(17:30) At 18:10, it was neccessary to remap the secondary. During troubleshooting, earlier in the day, (to the temperature sensors), the secondary controller lost it's memory as it was accidentally terminated. After numerous attempts, we finally completed a remap. The remap interfered with the Lens Monitoring, and we did not observe, as our time ran out for PU01. Michael and Xiaohui continued with the PU03 observing. They used SPICAM for drift scanning and taking some standards. They seemed to have no trouble. I tried to top off SPICAM in the middle of the evening, and at this time, I discovered that the fill line going into the instrument was loose. I connected the large dewar to the fill line and turned the LN2 on. At this time LN2 spewed from the SPICAM cage and obviously was not filling. I shut the LN2 off, and look at the fill line again. It seems that it is somewhat detached from SPICAM, and would not allow me to fill. Maybe this fill line has been causing the temperature problem we have been encountering???
