Conditions were clear, but high, variable winds. Bringing the primary into proper tilt was achieved. Image quality as examined in the off-axis images was improved with nearly uniform images (focused) as function of rotator position. On axis image quality was also improved, but does indicate astigmatism. The bottom line is that the collimation of the telescope is much improved. Several data sets of guider focus suites were obtained at various rotator angles for Jeff Morgan's analysis. High winds forced the closing of the telescope at 3:00am. No pointing model was obtained, or additional throughput data. An attempt will be made at tomorrow evening's twighlight to obtain a small pointing model. GREAT EFFORT!
