Sky background in the blue was again, very high, and the decision was made to collect more throughput data. The decision was partly based on the probability of performing collimation and other engineering tasks Wed. night. Tonight was also, photometric. Some of the throughput data has been reduced. Indications are that DIS delivers 16%(@4800-4900Angstroms) and 14%(7000Angstroms). There has been speculation as to the consistency of these measurements. Hopefully, when the full data set is reduced, this can be answered. Paula Szkody observed with DIS and had a very productive night. Paula observed several Nova for period determination. The telescope performed well as did the guider. Seeing remained excellent for the course of the night.
