At 7:55Z the humidity dropped enough and remained steady to warrant opening, but it was windy and the seeing was poor. The wind speeds increased during the next couple of hours and at 11:00Z I closed due to wind gusts approaching (then surpassing) 40 mph. The wind gusts remained too high to reopen.
