We are able to take APOGEE and BOSS calibrations. The TCC was restarted and is back online. We are able to acquire and guide on a field, though Jose mentioned that cherno is not converging using astrometry.net. The FF blub SOCKET is malfunctioning on the lower left quadrant of the telescope (when looking at it from the front). The power supply is working properly because the ARC lamps work. I tested all of the spare bulbs in the case. There was one time that I got a spare to work, but it quickly stopped working after the second APOGEE dome flat. I tried cleaning the socket with a dust blower, to no avail. Cary and Katie were contacted. Soon after midnight, I closed due to high humidity. I remained closed the rest of the night. ---- Engineering Issues ---- Please assist with resolving the FF bulb issue on the telescope before observations tomorrow night. Started ventilating. Started a fill. JohnD logged on to test the apogeeql bundling. It took awhile to find the spare bulbs, but once I did, I replaced the bulb with a spare. It didn't work. I replaced it with another. That one worked until I slewed and took my second APOGEE dome flat, then it stopped working again. I replaced it again with several other spares, which means that the problem is isolated the the socket end. The power supply works because the arc lamps are uneffected and still operate normally. I blew off the socket with a dust sprayer. It didn't help. I called Cary and Katie for help. While I waited for them to call back, Jose tested out the cherno solutions. "It's working now but not really using astrometry.net. That's fine as long as it works but I'm going to download some extra indices and see if that helps. But it would be possible to observe with this, I think." The humidity began to rise.
