Following the successful daytime testing of the spare MEI card in the MCP, I completed some large test slews using the TCC tonight after having restarted the TCC during afternoon checkout. I restarted TCC and then after a few iterations of 'tcc axis disconnect' and 'tcc axis connect' I finally restored the axes connection from the TCC to the MCP. The 'relflux' is reporting around 10-20% lower now. Additionally -- I'll have to go dig up where I saw it -- I remember something somewhere about a bright line in the ThAr image at a particular X-pixel location used for a measurement (but don't remember if that was specific to the 'check_ap' script) - if that line has moved enough from that specific location, maybe that's also playing a role here. An email was sent to Dmitry (who kindly agreed to take a look at check_ap edits going forward) informing him of this info.
