Checkout actors and software, take a set of apogee evening cal to check the focus.

Checked and confirmed all actors are alive (except for bossICC which will be restarted after boss cameras are back on the telescope). apogeefpi shutter was in unknown status, investigation found that the client that controls the shutter was not connected, restarted the client fixed the issue.
Took a set of apogee evening calibration data to check apogee focus. The exposures are 53530001 - 53530010.
list_ap scripts could not output offsets on arc-thar exposures after the instrument service, Dmitry will check and fix it.
