The first half was lost to a combination of clouds, radar, or threat of radar. Finally opened around 9:00Z, observed 2 designs when the dust spiked dramatically. Fearing the dust would continue increasing, I closed---only to see that the dust was already trending down. Upon re-opening, the clouds began to return which by this point was just par for the course. The clouds and the variable radar patterns posed a persistent threat all night, which made for times which, seen in retrospect, we could have been open. All that said, the seeing was excellent when we were open. Observed from the queue, was not able to complete BOSS dithers or cluster design tonight.
