Collect FVC rotator scan data and checkout things

Checked software/actors, restarted alertsActor
Powered on FPS and tested robot motions.
Took and checked BOSS bias and dark.
Took and Checked GFA bias and Dark.
Homeed/Relaxed M1 and M2, but didn't save nominal values yet.
FVC images in the center region are much better (rounded instead of elongated)after FVC relocation.
Plan to take FVC rotator scan data, but fvc loop failed due to its relocation with an error: jaeger e error="Failed processing image: SVD did not converge"
Conor will fix it and inform us, then we will take the rotator scan data.
Notes:
1. The battery for M2 B actuator needs to be replaced.
2. Not sure what the count numbers for M2 piezo means, but notice that A and C have numbers in red, B in green.
3. STUI MCP shows SP1 slit unlatched.
