Open to clear sky at 06:10Z with variable seeing of 1.1" - 2.3". The wind speed stay above 30 mph, but below 35 mph after open. Dust at ~2.3K. Measurement counts from pollen station are low, at 20s, tonight. Observed and completed 15 designs, including 6 RM designs, in 4.9 hours. Notes: 1. After open, STUI thinks the enclosure was still on (and apo weather page doesn't have 25m dome status information) while MCP has correct information. The issue was fixed with restarting apoActor. 2. No fpi data in apogee science data tonight. It was fine during afternoon checkout, evening cal FPI frame is fine. The first exposure failed due to FPI shutter is in an unknown position. Restarting actor doesn't help. Checked and confirmed apogeefpi actor is connected, and responsive. Then I tried to open the shutter from sdss5-hub as sdss5 with commands: ml apogeefpi, fpiopenshutter. It returned: 'Server says "message: Apogeefpi_notconnected"'. Looks like the apogeefpi shutter control client is not running. The data shows the shutter is closed, means that we will not have FPI data tonight. an email is sent to JohnW and Jimmy. Exposures will be taken by bypass the fpi shutter with the command: hal expose --without-fpi -t 900 (or 730). 3. Thanks to John Donor for fixing "ADD ANOTHER DESIGN".
