Coolant rate was again zero - just like yesterday. Robots were homed, exposures aborted, and the FPS was turned off. I discovered at the telescope that the same glycol leak had returned, and with a vengeance. It leaked all over the 15-degree stop, inside an electrical socket, and pooled underneath the telescope. The chiller switch was turned to 'off'. > > The pollen had been monitored up to this point. A decent amount was seen in the air, on the car windshields, and on the dust/pollen plate. My decision was to remain closed for the remainder of the night, given the amount of pollen in the air and the unlikelihood that a repair could be done with the few hours that remain in the night. > > On a positive note... The building opened and closed seamlessly and without any jarring noises. Looks like the patch didn't last long.  Yesterday I found just enough hose to bypass the leak re-using the connector Ryan and I used the last time.  More are on order, but they won't be here until tomorrow (along with more hose). Should be running again tonight.
