Tried observing dark designs but clouds rolled in and spotty spontaneous radar in the area necessitated an early closure at 11:00Z. Notes: 1. Positioner 460 registered an unforced collision while trying to configure the first design. Restoring a folded FPS and trying again recorded no further collision. 2.
