We checked out the telescope immediately and could not find any sign of leakage. GFA temperatures began to rise. We homed the robots and returned to stow. Digital flow meters on the side of the IEB displayed 0.0, and the three pressure gauges on top of the IEB were also presumably showing 0s (only half of the gauges are visible). We examined the chiller and believe that a motor was not running, it seemed too quiet to us. The glycol reservoir appeared to be full and clear. There was a small pool of glycol we noticed on the inside of the chiller but it seemed to us that it was not enough to explain the failure.
