It seems it's caused when you issue a STOP_TRAJECTORIES command (which happens at the beginning and end of a trajectory) and then issue another command quickly. I'm not sure if it's a problem at the CAN buffer level, because it doesn't have enough time to process the replies from both commands, or at the firmware level. I ended up adding a delay of half a second after issuing the STOP commands and that seems to get rid of at least some of the time outs, which probably were also triggering some of the issues with jaeger complaining some robots may not have reached their destinations. jaeger is running from main; let me know if you see issues tonight or if the problems seem to go away.
