The gory details are that, I think, the issue with 'OSError: File /data/gcam/59587/proc-gimg-gfa5n-0574.fits already exists. If you mean to replace it then use the argument \"overwrite=3DTrue\".' were cause because = an exposure failed. The reason for that is TBD but I suspect some kind of sporadic problem writing to the NFS mount. After that uncaught failure, a callback that reports the status of an ongoing exposure was not removed so the next exposure you got duplicated messages (one from the old callback and one from the new one). You also got duplicated messages indicating that the same file had been written so cherno tried to process that file twice and failed when trying to write the second copy. I think I've fixed that specific problem and made the system a bit more robust, but I wouldn't be totally surprise if a different flavour of that problem happens again. In that case the best is to reconnect the cameras in fliswarm. About the problem with cherno stop, I think that was caused by me adding some extra status bits. I think those were sometimes overriding the STOPPING bit that is what cherno uses to know if it should stop the loop. Depending on when you were issuing cherno stop or not it would be ignore. I think that's now fixed. The issue with the actorkeys is probably right, slitIDs still expected a second value from sp2, and positioner_status had the wrong variable type for the status bits. I've fixed those and that should fix that next time we release a STUI. Not sure why I don't see any of those message though. those ar= e now fixed.The gory deta= ils are that, I think, the issue with 'OSError: File /data/gcam/59587/p= roc-gimg-gfa5n-0574.fits already exists. If you mean to replace it then use= the argument \"overwrite=3DTrue\".' were cause because an ex= posure failed. The reason for that is TBD but I suspect some kind of sporad= ic problem writing to the NFS mount. After that uncaught failure, a callbac= k that reports the status of an ongoing exposure was not removed so the nex= t exposure you got duplicated messages (one from the old callback and one f= rom the new one). You also got duplicated messages indicating that the same= file had been written so cherno tried to process that file twice and faile= d when trying to write the second copy. I think I've fixed that specifi= c problem and made the system a bit more robust, but I wouldn't be tota= lly surprise if a different flavour of that problem happens again. In that = case the best is to reconnect the cameras in fliswarm.About the problem with cherno stop, I think th= at was caused by me adding some extra status bits. I think those were somet= imes overriding the STOPPING bit that is what cherno uses to know if it sho= uld stop the loop. Depending on when you were issuing cherno stop or not it= would be ignore. I think that's now fixed.The issue with the actorkeys is probably right, slitI= Ds still expected a second value from sp2, and positioner_status had the wr= ong variable type for the status bits. I've fixed those and that should= fix that next time we release a STUI.
