Lost the first several hours to nearby radar to the WNW.
Homed and relaxed mirrors for nominal MIG values after last night's optical
collimation.
FSC focal plan scan completed in the i band. The best FWHM we measured tonight
was 0.66".

Re-enabled the TCC Collimate. M1 orientation back to where it should be.
Set the TCC instrument block to 'spectro' and recorded new NOMINAL MIGs for the
mirror numbers.
01:30Z - Started ventilation.
Partly cloudy, some radar, but safe to ventilate.

03:00Z - Connected and turned on FSC. Opened camera cover. Zip-tied the
loose/dangling cords.
Created /fsc/MJD directories on /data for the last two nights' worth of data and
rsynced the data from the FSC computer over.
We didn't open on time because of nearby radar and lightning to the WNW.
05:56:59  - Opened.

Using SDSS i filter.
06:17Z - M2 focus sweep. Best focus = 245 um ==> 0.88" FWHM
Offset -50" in RA and +60" in Dec to move the star to the approx center of chip.
Spokes scanned moving rotator and rotating FSC stage equal and opposite.
08:59Z - at 1.5 deg off-axis FWHM = 1"
09:27Z - .375 deg off-axis we're getting 0.66" FWHM
Closed. Turned off and stowed FSC.

These are the new mirror numbers (and new NOMINAL values) following last night's
collimation. We made sure the TCC instrument block was set to 'spectro' (instead
of 'fsccam' which is what has been predominantly loaded lately).
