Notes: 1: See saw the telescope went from alt= 90 degree to 90:2:46 arc-minutes after the altitude pin is pull out or an e-stop is dis-engaged. 2. Conor rebuilt tcc on the sdss5 server. Test slews (inside the enclosure) with tcc on the sdss5 server completed as expected. Conor is close to complete setup tcc on sdss5 server. ---- Observing Log ---- AFTERNOON CHECKOUT: =================== 23:16Z Taking APOGEE evening cals. Grabbed mirror numbers - ok. 23:52Z Exercised the telescope axes - ok. We noticed that the alt voltages are > 3000 when moving up/down. When at zenith, the telescope rests at 90:02:00, so just tiny bit past vertical. The alt-pin is tight to disengage. 23:56Z Humidity is rising, but otherwise clearing on site. Some radar is forming, but not headed our way. 00:03Z APOGEE evening cals done and checked. Able to replicate last night's values. We adjusted the counterweight from 400 to 395 (TPM read as 404). NIGHT: ====== 02:00Z: High humidity. The spread is at 1.6 C. Conor removed LLST related stuff on the tcc code, rebuilt it on sdss5 server, disconnect MCP from sdss4 server, connect it to sdss5 server. Then we connect STUI with the sdss5 server, performed test slews inside the enclosure. the rebuilt tcc on sdss5 server work fine.
