After the alertsActor rewrite, the alertsActor restart procedure no longer
includes a 'setup -v alertsActor' - is that what you tried when you got
the "Unable to find an acceptable version of alertsActor" message? The
last time I restarted alertsActor I only needed the 'stageManager
alertsActor restart' and it worked fine. (A 'module load VERSION' would be
how to select an alternative version before restarting, but I don't know
why we would ever not use the most recent default version.)
