We power cycled wind baffle and it worked again. - While changing from cart 4 to cart 6, a bolt and washer fell onto the bottom of the telescope. It was on the SP1 side and I'm not sure if it fell from the rotator or one of the carts. The bolt is in the control room next to James' book of temperature sensors. - At the end of the night, we got a sequence of 5 dome flats with 20s lamp time. We got them while tracking the last field and without removing the gang connector from the cart. ---- Observing Log ---- ================================================================================ AFTERNOON CHECKOUT ================================================================================ Things seem to be working in general, but here are some things out of the ordinary: The instrument lift paddle display isn't updating - it only stays at ~0 for both height and force even during the full sequence of a cartridge change. Note that the cartridge change process completed normally this afternoon, it was only the hand paddle display that was incorrect. The PT weather data are stuck on displaying incorrect values: airTempPT=0.0; dpTempPT=0.0; humidPT=100.0 This is likely related to the MCP/TPM work this afternoon. Related to the above note, the Grafana plots aren't getting TPM data. This is also probably related to the MCP/TPM work this afternoon, although yesterday we had problems with Grafana not getting TPM data, too. The packets are updating normally in the MCP/TPM GUI and the MCP and TPM logs are fine. AZ went out of closed loop when we tried to slew from 121,90,00 to 75,90,35 this afternoon. The axis was live and clear and when we issued the 'track' command AZ never moved and after a couple seconds went out of closed loop. The wind_az_ready was red in the Interlocks again. Power-cycling fixed the problem. We'll update ticket APO-22 with pictures of the Allen Bradley modules. 00:05Z - Began ventilation.
