FPS commission - apogee dome flats every 30 minutes
---- Observing Summary ----
Cloudy, high humidity and high wind did not allow us to open doors and start
 ventilation. We spent the night writing a 4s dome flat script and taking some
 apogee dome flats with 30m between each. Still lots of ice on site, although
 roads were clear and we didn't get any new precipitation.
Notes:
- The TPM Influx archiving script needs to be restarted, its last recorded value
 was on the 7th
- When running `jaeger status` when the fps_status is 0x11 raises an error. This
 would be a useful command to see what the currently loaded configuration is.
- In APOGEE archive images, the following keys include an error:

Tonight we will only worry about taking APOGEE dome flats using a new script.
 SOP used to run the apogee dome flats,  but now that SOP has been removed, we
 made a new version as a STUI script in STUIAdditions called Dome Flat.
 Currently, it's only in branch nosop.
