Got mirror numbers. During fiducial checks, the azimuth failed to move when commanded. The interlocks on all the axes will be clear, but the azimuth brake will come on when the wind_az_ready permit is red. Bit #3 in the wind baffle box was lit. Despite multiple e-stop and wind baffle power cycling attempts, it wasn't until we pulled out the e-stops after several minutes that the bit cleared and the azimuth moved as expected. This has been a consistent gremlin with no known cause or other solutions, except the occasional back-to-back power cycling of either just e-stops or the wind baffle. Turned on lossy fiber cartridge to run non-linearity test for blue camera.
