This would be the person door next to the roll up.
The door doesn't always latch when its cold - door closers are a big =
spring with hydraulic dampening.  The oil gets cold and it over damps.
Probably someone left the building before the wind started and didn't =
notice the lack of latching, then a strong east wind will push it right =
open.
I've adjusted the dampening so it slams pretty good now, but if anyone =
notices it not latching let me know and I'll tweak it some more.=
