We can not open enclosure and telescope still on generator power.
Notes:

The site was on generator power since ~2pm. The spectrographs pumps in the back
were on constant watch.

Afternoon:
==========
20:05Z - I was awakened in the dorm to hear the generator kick on. I babysat the
pumps on the spectrograph cameras all afternoon. John instructed me to open the
valve when utility power comes back.
The tcc was found non-responsive, so I restarted the new test version per
Conor's instructions.
Moved the telescope to 70 and homed and relaxed the mirrors. New mirror numbers
were taken. Test slewed the telescope for all three axes.
Connection was re-established to the engineering camera. I homed the stage to
repeat the optical collimation setup while I was down at the telescope. I tried
to take cals, but the gcameraICC was not talking with the camera. I powered down
the camera and reseated all the connections, tried again, to no avail. Sent a
message to John and Kaike.
I contacted Jeff to help troubleshoot the MCP STUI bug. We seemed to resolve the
timing between the stop/brake commands. Stop brings the telescope slowly to a
hault, then engages the brakes. If a brake is issued, it is slightly harder
stop, but not an abrupt one.
Jeff would like to get into touch with Conor first before testing the resolution
of the FF petal missing keyword.
01:15Z - Started ventilating, though we should not open whilst still on
generator power. We contacted the electrical company to ask about the status of
things. They are currently looking into it, and we saw a truck pull up to the
site and look at the power lines from the ground. The good news is that they are
looking into the problem.
01:54Z - The MCP was not connected, most likely stemming from the remote work
from Jeff. I got it reconnected.
Found the ecamera problem was an issue with permissions, using observer@sdss-hub
instead of sdss4@sdss-hub to start the ecameraICC.
