We were unable to open tonight due to clouds, high humidity, rain.
Notes:
======
 - We laid out absorbent pads in the lower enclosure. Upper and lower enclosures
   both had a small amount of rain water on the floors.
 - When we checked the telescope to start morning cals and close we heard an
   unusual sound apparently coming from the SP1 LN2 system. We found that the
   SP1 secondary dewar's valve was frosted over. The logged and current
   primary/secondary dewar weights/pressures were all nominal, and everything
   else looked normal. We called John Downey to confirm that this was not an
   issue.
 - SP1 180L dewar weight is low.
