For cart 6 this makes sense, the old angle for fiber 11 was just 33 =
degrees more than the new angle.  Fiber 3 was off by 90 degrees.
For cart 4 I can't account for it.  Fiber 11 was 180 degrees off, fiber =
3 off by 130 degrees.
I edited the gcamFiberInfo.par file located on hub at =
/home/sdss4/jwd/guider/guiderActor20191115/etc then setup the actor and =
loaded the gprobes from that location.  This is not my preferred =
approach, but I'm not aware of a more central location for the .par =
file.  Going to look around a bit for it and see if we can do this in a =
more sensible fashion.=
