Never opened.  Clouds, rain, fog, and wind kept us closed.
Absorbent pads placed on the south side of enclosure for the leaks.

Afternoon

The weather is bad, rain, clouds, forecast is
flooding. We do not think the observations
are possible tonight because the weather.
The vacuum pump is attached to b1.
We cannot move telescope in this configuration.
So, perform limited afternoon telescope check.
Actors are tested, they are ok.
Apogee evening calibrations started.
Skipped mirror numbers as the telescope is parked
in the position to pump the b1.

No observing due to weather.
04:00Z - Varian pump check - ~4e-7.
04:30Z Absorbent pads are in place under the drips in the upper enclosure, south
side.  Lower enclosure dry.
10:47Z  Started APOGEE morning cals.  Giving up.  Humidity has been over 100%
for most of the night.  Dense fog on site.
