I tightened the = small screws that hold the front ring to the central portion that has = the locking grooves. Because they are small, they are easy to break and = broken screws in delrin are hard to remove, so I tend to err on the = light side when reassembling - there are plenty of examples of broken = screws in the other ports and on the cartridges. However, it did appear to me that the connector was fully seating in the = 1m port. I'll look at it again when I have more time (Friday), to see = if I can figure out why the feel is now different, but could I suggest = that someone look at some data to determine if there really is a = problem?
