Per SOS, the sky background is higher than later eBOSS plates, but the =
background is in
acceptable level (not red). The sky and big airmass are two another =
factors for the lower S/N.
Per sky camera image, the sky was not photometric. The average seeing =
was about 1.65 during=20
RM plate observation which is slightly worser than that for later eBOSS =
plates.=20
