---- Observing Log ----
1:09Z - R1 temperatures warmed up to -122.3. We went down to issue a
startfillseq and force fill to increase the pressures. The pressures and
temperatures returned to better values.
1:45Z - The pressures began falling, although SP2 increased while SP1 plateaued
around 2 psi. There was a small leak in one of the gauge lines in SP1, so JohnD
came on site and the leak was repaired.  A force fill was issued and the
pressures are back up to spec.
3:40Z - started 1M at request of Jon Holtzmann
4:06Z - Conor updated the rotator limits and reset inst. He will coordinate with
JohnD for future test slews.
12:00Z - stopped 1M actor
All of the temperatures and pressures remained steady for the rest of the night
with constant monitoring.
