Did the saddlebags get taken off the cameras or disconnected from the dewars at all? if not, then the culprit is almost certainly the data or the clocking cables between the saddlebags and the spectrograph chassis. I'm not really in a place where I can do much until late Monday, but since you have the spectrographs talking you should have what you need to try the cables. --Connie On Sun, Aug 27, 2017 at 4:12 AM, wrote: > > APACHE POINT OBSERVATORY SDSS 2.5M > > OBSERVING LOG > Saturday August 26, 2017 > > (SJD 57992) > > ---- Observing Team ---- > > Karen Kinemuchi > Kaike Pan > > Juan Trujillo (shadowing) > > ---- Observing Summary ---- > > The sky was clear but humidty was high. we did: > > Monitor instruments. > > We checked, restart actors, make sure all actors are alive, work properly. > > Guider dark failed with error "something went wrong when taking the dark". > Could > that be due to not cartridge was loaded?
