*Summer shutdown*
Mostly cloudy skies with nearby radar returns.
Monitoring the spectrograph temperatures and doing manual fills when we detect
temps rising.
SP2 communication is failing, but we can talk to SP1.  JohnD, James, Fritz, and
Kaike are working on this.

No data collection tonight.
02:24Z  Monitoring the temperatures to the spectrograph every 15 minutes and
doing fills throughout the night.
05:03Z  gcamera and guider actors were restarted, but we cannot take a guider
dark.  We have restarted many of the actors (hartmann, apo) and they are live.
APOGEEcal and APOGEE actors were fully restarted and were fine.
05:24Z  Got a critical alert for sp1, but checked with boss ping and sp1Micro is
talking.  We may have had a power glitch.  Everything is okay, but restarting
alerts actor.  We received a PhaseBoot alert but issued an iack to clear it.
Did a manual fill and temperatures are back in spec.
05:42Z Restarted alerts actor.  We have disabled the SP2MicroNotTalking critical
alert.  We are still receiving critical alerts on the SP1R0CCDTempRead, but
temperatures and voltages are ok.
