For the record, the dome was opened at 15 degree twilight, and data was =
collected
sine then. Time lost quoted below was hours in which data were collected =
but S/N
was below survey S/N thresholds: i.e. S/N^2 > 100 for APOGEE, > 0.5 in =
all cameras
for MaNGA.
